Our commitment to you:

• All donors will be informed (via email) about how their donation was used shortly after the end of the fiscal year in which it was donated.

Estimated timeline:

• July 2025 First launch of the donations page

• August 2025 First attempt at seeking donations

• December 31, 2025 End of donations for the fiscal year

• January 2026 1st training scholarship will be developed and applications will be opened to interested parties. Donors will be notified of the actions taken.

• April 2026 first scholarship will be awarded to the successful candidate(s)

Make a donation to our new training scholarship program.

The year 2025 brought widespread budget cuts to victim advocacy work, making it difficult or impossible for advocates to get the training they need to reduce violence around the world.

Your support helps us offer scholarships for free (or low cost training).

NOTE: This is not a nonprofit — just a small, advocate-run space built with love. Donations are capped at $100 — no big donors, just a lot of little sparks.

Why crowdfund?

We want our trainers and speakers to earn a living wage, while also keeping the workshops financially accessible for our learners, and we believe both can be possible with a little help from the community.

And if there is one thing we learned in 2025, it’s that we can’t rely on grants (which can be taken away). Instead, we need to rely on each other.
